They are totally liars and one big scam. I have been charged a total of 60 something dollars for a free trial membership that ive canceled twice.

Then they will not let you speak with their billing dept. And tell you that toy pay one membership price of 15 a month for emailnchecks and another forn19.95 a month for phone checks. Wtf. And although i may have canceled it was for the 1st and not the 2nd.

That makes no sense on its own but if thats the case and i canceled just the 15 dollar one then why have i been billed 15 again thus month. All for 1 number that was in the phone book

I had a bad experience with who easy i used it and cancelled the same night and they went into my account and took 15.86 out of my account anyway i keep trying to reach them no respond do not i repeat do not use them they just take your money.

You keep taking my money on a regular basis 27.88 for no service The service promised information about an nuisance number was never provided I want you to cancel and refund me my money Every 27 . 88 amount

I Sandra clay didn't give permission for anyone to take money off my card so please stop. Sending off for new card leave me alone I do t k ow who this is but I'm keeping everytime you try to still from me

I tried it one time,and wasnt satisfied,discontinued their service, and im still being charged,wth??

My initial trial using it and nice did not produce any info. Next thing I'm being charged $19.95.

I work for a law firm and this is deceptive and now it's about principle.

I will get this money returned I already contacted Amex and they said if I cannot resolve directly they will initiate a dispute. I'm going to file a complaint with the Bureau of Consumer Protection as well.

Scam!I never got the info With the initial $1,then I was billed monthly after I called to cancel.I got confirmation of cancellation in a email,and later noticed They had charged my card for two more months.I just called today to cancel yet again,we'll see if they continue to charge me monthly.They didn't even have the current info I requested on the site.Make sure to follow up if they claim to cancel.

I brought a one time deal uisng the cell phone tracer for $1.00 and today I discover this company who easy had tried to renove $15.00 from my account. This company id a scam people be aware do not use the service.

I used who easy back in may and paid the dollar and received no info then I cancled service come to find put the have been charging me 15 dollars a month since and we are in January now. I am pissed and will be showing my *** if I get a call back

They took 35 dollars in 3 days. Ripped off.

Yes I never used whoeasy services or even heard of them yet they took 23.00 from my account and they claim that they did not find any information on me to cancel account or do a refund who easy is a fraud you would be a fool to use their srrvices

They advertise the service at $0.50, but I have been charged $20 on my credit card. I received a email confirmation saying i will be charged $1 (not .50!) but they dont talk about a hidden abonnement in this email.

This company uses dishonest trading tactics. when I told them, they say the stop my abonment but they do not give me my money back because i supposely get an abonnement.

I canceled the same day and received a bill and was told i had only cancelled the phone portion not the email portion. I thought cancel my account meant all....

guess not I called and asked to speak to a supervisor, but was told the same from them. I am very disappointed with the quality of the look up, as it gave no more data then you could get from a regular reverse look up for free and of the customer service provided when i had trouble with the cancellation.

I would not recommend this company to anyone they are a scam and need to have there scam brought out in the open. Please don't use them and make sure that you are very clear when canceling your account.
