Never authorized use of my card

money was taken off of my card that was not authorized today I need my money back today or there's going to be a problem I'm going to sue because I never authorized y'all to take any money off my card that was count for the very next day today

They took my money and won't give it back

I tried a free trial and then cancelled the service the same day. I even got a cancellation confirmation email.

Yet somehow they've charged me $15.86 every month for 7 months after I cancelled it. That's over $110 that they took from me without any reason or permission. When I tried to tell them that, they only tried to refund me for ONE months worth and not the whole 7 months that they charged me. I'm no law expert, but they've got to be breaking some kind of law to be taking money from me after I cancelled my subscriptions.

So unbelievably irate with them. I don't even understand how a company or website that does this hasn't been shut down yet.

Scam company

Very disappointed customer

I've been trying to figure out how to cancel my subscription but I cannot figure out how to do it I would really like to cancel it and get my money back it don't work for me I can't get it to do what I wanted to do and it's cut every time I put a number into check the number it comes back the wrong person so why should I pay for something that doesn't even work please give me a refund and cancel my subscription

I have seen you charged me twice a month $15.86+ $19.95 since 9/21/2018 in my bank statement all the way up to this month and I want these amounts refunded or I’m going to the (Better Business Bureau) what you did Is a felony.
