I have said cancel several times and each time yall take more money i want my money returned you didnt do anything for me so return money i cant afford thus crap i get 300.00 a month to pay my bills now you have taken almost 40.00 out and now i cant pay my bills

Scammed

I cancelled my membership with who easy the same day i used it (during the free trial) they just took $35 dollars in two sifferent transactions and tried to take much more from me. Told me they would give me a $10 refund when they were the ones who made the mistake when i told them i needed my full refund they started ignoring me.

When my debt card card was charge 19.99 for phine search and 15.99 email search on 8-3-18 i immediately called whoeasy and asked if tgeu were affliated with truth finder that was tge only service i waa on a month feee substruption with it still had 5 days til experation he argued they were not commnbected to any other company i asked to speak to a floir supervisor he told mrme none were available i said id wait. I knew there were sone on tge floir of a calk centee he asked wat i wanted to speak i got hung up on

*** could not use tried to cancel and still got charged

i had already cancelled and I still got billed for it I would like to cancel if it is not and I would like a refund to my account I was not able to use it and it had charged me anyways. This site didn't even allow me access to the things I had hoped for and it advertised those things like a address and or location.

Even a p.c. address it didn't give me any of those things. And now I cannot even contact a live agent.

I want my money back and I I am very up set the fact that I cannot access any one of the advertised things. I hope that future people do not get scammed by this company as I have.

Who easy takes 2 different charges out of my bank account without my permission. Don't know how to get ahold of their customer service.

Why did I get charged on my bank card and I don't even use sure like this . I don't need to .

So why did I get charged $3.00 and some change in my card . What's really going on ???? Wtf this isn't anything I would do I don't don't do things like this online . I don't understand what's going on .....

But I know this *** needs to go back on my card .

Now would be great . Please don't make me go further and get it refunded the hard way ....
