Who easy put an unauthorized charge to my debit card

I had supposedly cancelef my account, and it charged me again.

No phone number to cancel

I want to cancel but there is no phone number just email I don't know if trust I believe they will charge my card anyway. I want my account canceled

Fraudulent company

This is a subscription service that provides reverse lookup on telephone numbers. I have a cancellation of membership dated 07/27/2017.

(please see cancellation1 image) However they have continued to bill me monthly. When I contacted support for an explanation, they said that I had an active account. They then sent me a cancellation email dated 10/05/2017 for a different "service" namely "email subscription service" that does not exist on their site. (Please see cancellation2 image) There is no disclosure for this illusive service in the terms or description of service provided.

I followed all terms of cancellation described in the purchase of service terms. This new "service" that they say you signed up for is fraudulent.

I accepted the so called and immediately I saw the service offered was not what I thought it was, so I cancelled on the second day. I sent an email and two months later I still am getting charged.

I want a refund because I have proof of my email and when it was sent. I suggest that no one even try the free trial because you will have a difficult time like me even getting through to anyone.

The service sucks and what you think your getting is something that is offered for free online , youtube, and the play store. If anyone knows what I can do please help me, please.

I only use once,thought it was the person I was looking for,it wasn't. WTF,I'm pissed now! Now,they keep on charging my card up twice.I didnt check it anymore or look up anymore number,WTF,I don't know what to do now.,I want to unsubscribe or closed that account, I want them to stop taking out money from my card affective immediately, and they got no *** number to be reached

Very unhappy

I am very disappointed in this site. It is not what I was looking for nor is it what it says it is.

The only information I got from this was things I could find out on other sites for free. I would really like this cancelled and my $19.95 refunded. This site was of no use to me at all.

And the fact that I have to enter 100 words make me dislike this site even more. It does not take 100 words for me to tell you how disappointed I am in this and the fact that my money was actually taken for this information.

Can't get whoeasy to call me back. Have filled out the form.

Multiple times. I thought I has canceled my subscription when I found out that it wouldn't help with what I needed. Whoeasy has been taking out $20 and $16 a month for the past 3 months. I WANT A REFUND THIS IS A JOKE!!!!!!!

I don't even use this. I used it that one time and it didn't work.

I "canceled" my subscription right after. This ia ***.

Who took my dam money off my card and why?

Today is Friday Sept. 22,2017 I added $20 to my card and 10 minutes later this merchant swiped my funds. I wanna know why it happened and I want my dam money back on it ASAP

I also subscribed to this "service ", i say it loosely with quotes, i may add. I also cancelled the service the VERY SAME EVENING!

I just got a charge to my debit care for $15.86 almost a MONTH AFTER I cancelled!!!!

Seriously, what the *** are these people playing at??They are complete thieves. Ill be visiting my bank on Monday morning to try to recoup the misappropriated funds and to make a complaint with the B.B.B.!!!

I have tried to cancel this for months and have been getting charged $19.95 plus and additional $15 and some change every month! I want all my money refunded back to my account.
