The cancellation information is inaccurate. I have copied and pasted what their website say here.

Cancelling Membership. You can cancel your Membership at any point... by logging into your account, clicking on the "My Account" link choosing your membership type on the left, clicking on the "Change Plan" link and following the prompt. Once I pointed it out to them, they were disinterested in correcting it.

Their solution is to send an email and wait for a reply but in the meantime, your bank account will be charged. After some time, and a lot of stress, they only offered a $10.00 credit. And, to add insult to injury, their information on my loved ones location was wrong. I know this because I did a search on my own location.

It told me I was somewhere that I was not. Warn others to avoid this subterfuge!!!

I used it 1 time then immediately cancelled my membership and a month later I find out that they took $15 out of my bank account!

They are a rip off. They charge your account and make it impossible to cancel or even contact them by phone.

I want my money back NOW or else this will be going to the attorney generals office along with the BBB.

They are scam artists. Buyer beware.

Taking $ out if my account

I signed up for their $1 trial period, got a welcome email stating what my membership was. Didnt find what i was looking for so i went ahead and cancelled.

I got another ema saying it is cancelled and NO FURTHER ACTION IS REQUIRED. Onlu to find out they been charging me every month because apparently with their trial period you "agree" to their email service , which you DO NOT get a welcome email for, so you have no idea you even have it!!!!!!!!! I called and they cancelled it but they will not let you speak to a manager because the "billing" department will handle it. You can email them all hours of the day, and get the same email back by the same person.

So obviously its all automatic ***!

I was also offered a measly $10 for them scamming me. I am also filing a complaint to the BBB.

Never signed up! But charged for months

Just checked my bank statements and noticed since as late as November 2016 on a monthly basis Whoeasy.com has been taking $21 out of my account even though I never signed up! What a bunch of scammers!

This isn't the first time I heard of this website doing this to people. The only refund I received (today June 26, 2017) is $15x3 I am still out $123.00 which is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE since I NEVER signed up for this website. I want a full refund!! I don't even reside in the United States there's no reason for my credit card to of been charged in the first place!

Make this right.

I will be sure to spread the word about this website and let everyone I know to make sure they always check their bank statements for fraudulent activities! This place is just a bunch of scammers.

From an email I sent out: The website at the domain whoeasy.com is making fraudulent charges to the debit and credit cards of people who try using the services at their website. We will find a way to prosecute.

Judging by the many comments below... including below the whois info, this company has been stealing money from people for quite a while. Personally, I tried purchasing a $0.50 reverse phone number search. The information I got was no good.

I later discovered that they charged $19.95 to my card. I never authorized anything from them beyond the $0.50 charge to investigate that phone number. I have found other reports about that company. I informed Amazon Web Services about this website.

That is probably the host of their website and I used the form there to make the complaint regarding credit card fraud. I will find out which government agency will handle charging them and prosecuting them... probably the FBI.
